MY LR Range 18 vs 19” Geminis

Most people say, the extra range from the 19s is because of the aerodynamic wheel covers. Has anyone done any range tests with their 18s on the model Y? Is it possible to get over 500 km with 18s?

Lighter wheels may enable slightly faster acceleration (~.1 sec faster.) To extend range you need to reduce the Wh/km consumption. This is best accomplished by driving over flat land, in mild weather (25C) with no wind or rain. Turn off the AC/Heat and just use the fan. Drive on secondary roads as slow as you can legally drive and not impede the flow of traffic. 560km should be possible.
