I'd be very interested to hear how you get on Nigel - I am in the same boat (November 2022 M3 LR, ordered in April, no warning whatsoever from Tesla tha the car would be delivered without USS).

A standard response declining your claim. That’s the industry standard. Then you give more details etc., and all your paperwork is there to prove Tesla misled you Tesla will agree to refund out of court with confidentiality clauses in place- again industry standard.

Just as long as the 'coming later' promise was still there you should be okay, can't remember the timings on the OP case.

Seems fair. You will have to wait and see. "Unfortunately" the courts/regulating bodies always want to see it settled between you and the accused directly where possible. This is sometimes frustrating since they always seem to stall in hope you either give up or push daisies

Have you received a refund on FSD

Have you received a refund for your FSD purchase from Tesla or some other means such as Section 75 of consumer credit act or from another car supplier such a lease company? FSD transfer does not apply. This is an anonymous poll.

1 month to reply seems reasonable to me. You never know, they might save you the court fee.

Registered address is now Manchester: TESLA MOTORS LIMITED overview - Find and update company information - GOV.UK as of 19 September. To comply with the Dispute Settlement section of the Order Agreement you could equally argue it still needs to go to the old address to be served properly. If it was me, belt & braces, do both.
