Model Y: Wind Noise reduction kit mishap

Hi All,

I was trying to install a noise reduction cable next to the glass roof but accidentally pushed inside the existing rubber support next to the glass roof. Do you think this could be a problem of any sorts e.g. water seeping or something else? Attached the picture for reference
