Of course as a Plaid driver you would notice the difference in the punch. But for anyone else - any car that does 60 in, say 3 seconds, and a quarter in less than 11, is going to feel sooo fast compared a non-performance car.
I decided not to buy a LHD drive Plaid here in the UK (wrong side of the road) after an extended test drive. Of course it punched harder than my Raven performance (night and day above 60), but you don’t really care unless it’s back-to-back or you are racing and see the Plaid pull away, especially if you aren’t the sort that goes pedal to metal every time.
