But, at least on this picture, it looks like it is two turn signal lights, one down at the fog-/corner-light and one at the bottom of the main-lamp.

If I'm not wrong it isn't a fog lamp , just a small led along with the yellow corner light ,as seen in above picture which is always on along with the DRL.
