Mobile charger is showing all green but not charging

My mobile charger is showing as all green but it’s showing as no power on the car.

What color does the port on the car show and is it flashing?

Have you tried a public charger or connecting it to another car?

If the charge port light turns red while charging, a fault is detected. Check the instrument panel or touchscreen for an alert describing the fault. A fault can occur due to something as common as a power outage. If a power outage occurs, charging resumes automatically when power is restored.

Chances are the plug isn’t fully seated in the car. Try removing it and shoving it back in.
