Lug Nut Cover Tool Included?

When I replaced the 21" UberTurbine wheels on my Performance Model Y I used an Allen wrench to pull off the lug nut covers but read somewhere that some cars came with a tool in the glove box for this. Mine car didn't have it. Did any Model Y come with it or was this only for Model S/X?
