I bought one of these:

I had one in my previous car and they work great as long as I leave it out in the sun for a week before i put it in my car.

Do you leave it out in the sun for a week to let the smell air out? The reviews on Amazon complain a lot about that smell...

Not sure if it's this EXACT one, but yeah, the toxic fumes the thing put off were unreal! Didn't think about the sun, just left if in the garage for a week or two. And yes, it was that long before the fumes went away...

Surprisingly, when mine arrived it didn’t smell at all.

I bought a satin white console wrap from EV wraps. Installation wasn’t too bad. I’m happy with the effect. Found this one on amazon.
