Lead acid or Lithium 12v in 2023 YLR

Curious if Tesla has started installing lithium 12v batteries in the 2023 YLR. If so, is it the Ohmmu brand, someone else or has Tesla got its own?

They started in 2022. It’s their own proprietary low voltage li-ion battery.

Tesla installing Ohmmu batteries in their cars as original equipment?

Thankfully no as this would be akin to installing Insignia "Smart" TVs in place of their own proprietary infotainment systems and calling it an upgrade.

Don't believe all of the marketing hype you hear around Ohmmu or any brand for that matter. They're only goal is to sell more product and some companies will say anything to accomplish that objective.

I'll leave it at that as my stance on Ohmmu 12v batteries as an upgrade or even a viable product in Tesla vehicles specifically is already well established.
