June 30 Supercharging Offer Fail

Hi, I ordered my existing existing inventory X on 6/28 (trading in my X) The free unlimited supercharging offer was for orders that are delivered by 6/30. I ordered an X in my local delivery area. I had everything teed up to take delivery 6/30. Called delivery specialist, and the car is not in my local area as stated when ordered. It was being loaded on a truck in Fremont. (across the country)

I upheld my end of the deal, Tesla failed to do so on their end. Now, because its after 6/30, they are refusing unlimited Supercharging. It's the reason I ordered when I did, had been waiting for one to appear in my delivery area.

Thoughts? Ideas? Advice? Thanks in advance.

Weird, i ordered mine and made the initial payment on 6/29. My car was supposed to be delivered 6/30 and we called multiple times to verify it but the delivery didn't happen until 7/2. We kept calling them to make sure we get the supercharging option and they still honored it. Unfortunately we had to pay an additional 500 because they said the taxes went up from June to July even though it wasn't our fault. To make up for it our sales team gave us a free wall charger instead

Thanks. Good for you. I was offered nothing, and I'm an existing X owner (inside the first 1000). By initial payment do you mean the $100? I don't know what else to do. The sales advisor was worthless, and I asked to escalate and his manager was hard no. In my view Tesla not giving me something I've paid for.

Keep in mind that within 7 days (and under 1000mi) you can return the Tesla for a full refund (+ the full equity of your trade-in). I've done it before and the process is relatively seamless.

I'd suggest trying Tesla phone support. I had a similar issue on a different feature when I bought my (used) Tesla.

Roughly speaking: there was an incentive in place for orders, I signed paperwork on the 2nd of the month with the incentive in mind, setup delivery on the 8th of the month, and came to find out the incentive had been removed on the 7th. Delivery was on the 8th, so that was a no-go on the incentive as far as they were concerned. A few phone calls later all was sorted and my account was credited with the feature that had been previously removed.

To get my resolution I tried the sales consultants, the service center, and the web chat. None of those worked. Phone calls did.

thank you. i've talked to many on the phone and they're ducking me. pushing back with a hard no. the SA knew why i placed my order when i did, i had been looking for a particular model to show up in my area. he didnt have the wherewithal to tell me what the delivery specialist did anyway: its on a truck in fremont. its not where its listed (which i have an issue with also). so they said my vehicle was in philadelphia, and it wasnt. i placed the order and was ready to pick up in philly, but it was Tesla that baited/switched me, it was not in philly and they could physically not make delivery. i'm going to keep pressing.
