Issues with updating 2019.28.1

the progress bar was gone after finished downloading the software with my MiFi. Its been 2day, and the yellow clock is still NOT shown on the screen!

SC replied: the car is uncompressing the package since 2 days ago, it needs more time.

That looks weird to me as we all know the yellow clock will be shown after download is finished in a few mins not days.

Apart from just waiting for it. Is there anything I cud do?

I tried loading 2019.28.1 and got the notification that it didn't load properly and to wait for it to be resent. There must be a problem with the update. I guess all we can do is wait.
