Seat sensor $11 part $125 to install fine whatever. Then an extra low voltage test for $250 or so…. Like wtf…

Every dealer has a diagnostic fee that gets removed if you go ahead with repairs..
 
Since your car is salvage, I am surprised that Tesla is even agreeing to work on it at all:

Nickle and Dime is an emotional term. Tesla is a professional World Class auto manufacturer.

Bills have line items, with each line having a cost. Of course customers want to have items thrown in for free, but that is not the way.
