I would have expected the roads to be better in the southwest? I purchased a winter set up of 19" rims and Conti all season tires for the weather in the northeast. The 3 factory available tire sizes: 235/45R18, 235/40R19, and 235/35R20 are all within 0.5% of each other. 669mm, 671mm, and 673mm in overall diameter respectively. Source: Rim & Tire Size Calculator. Custom OffsetsUnless you keep the overall diameter of the wheel/tire combo the same, aren't you risking messing up the speedo, AP, and possibly other systems?

My OEM tires were Pirelli PZ4 tires. They weren’t exceptionally loud. I haven’t had any issues with sound for any of the tires I have had.Are those Hankooks any quieter than the OEM Michelins?
