HW4 on Inventory Model X Plaid

Checking Ev-cpo, it seems that all of the model X plaid's available in the USA are "~3.0" under hardware. Not sure how that's different than 3.0, maybe uncertain? But other models listed with 4.0

I'm surprised there are still 3.0 being delivered to inventory. Can anyone confirm if they got HW4 on an inventory Model X plaid recently?

Picked up an inventory plaid on Sunday. It came with HW4.

My March build has HW4. I picked it up on 3/30 and I think it was built on 3/13.
