How high do your M3 air vent go?

Ive noticed I’m fighting with the air vents a bit more than I used to, and wondered how high everyone else’s air vents go on the drivers side?

I can’t get the air on the drivers side any higher than the gap through the steering wheel. Not a breath above the wheel.
I’m 5’10” and have the seat as low as it goes, so fail to see how anyone taller than me could get any air flow. Plenty of control to point at my ankles or knees but not much higher than my chin.

Wondering if that’s the norm before I book a service call.

There's another vent along the line between the dash and the windscreen. I find that blows just over my head. I'm also 180cm.

Note that the air is spread over whichever vents you have switched on. If you go for the middle one alone, you will get more air. If you have all three on, there's a significant loss of flow out of each.
