How do I lift/jack my LFP Model 3?

I’ll just chime in to say I have the pucks, but when Tesla SC came to my house to rotate the tires (first rotation) they did not use them. When I asked about that the service guy said his jack didn’t need the puck. I was surprised he lifted both wheels off the ground with one jack and switched the tires front to back and vice versa. I was nervous about it, tbh.
Did he lift it from the rear only for each side? I've heard of Tesla mobile SC techs doing that.

Are pucks really needed? See the video, scroll forward to 10:35 marker timestamp. The owner of electrified Garage says these are not needed

I know in this video they are discussing a 2016 MS but he seems to be making a generic statement or is he only talking about older MSs?

Then are why these sold? Never seen it for other cars
Something can be useful and convenient without being absolutely necessary.

In the case of jack pucks for the Model 3, they are convenient positioning aids for placing the jack to reduce the risk of incorrect positioning that may cause damage.

There are jack pucks for other cars, such as those with a slot that goes around the pinch weld jack points found on some other cars. Example: https://www.amazon.com/Potauto-Universal-Grooved-Magnetic-Jacking/dp/B09T2VFK26
