is water stuck in the door until it opens after a rain or car wash?

here's the photo when the door is opened, always waterdrops on the corner. \

It has to go somewhere when it gets inside the door. Depends a lot on how much you see running out.

Ideally, there's no rust, flaked paint or anything else on the inside plugging the drain hole. But if there was, it might not drain out until the door moves and the blockage is no longer plugging the drain.
