Estimated Delivery Range

Question for the group...When My Tesla page gives me an "Estimated Delivery Range" date, is this the date range of when my car will be delivered to the Service Center or to me...?

The delivery center usually does not have the car for long after delivery. They were really backed up when I got my car and it was 6 days. Though the delivery range they give you is when they are trying to deliver it to you.
