2018 M3LR AWD with EAP/CW2.5 upgrade to FSD hardware for FSD subscription. Does this include upgrading the cameras too?

Unless you plan to use the FSD City Streets Beta, FSD doesn’t add much to what you already have with EAP, so know what to expect before paying for the upgrade.
