I'm pleased they're at least going to do something vs. just blowing you off ("Within spec . . . ").
Here's a tip for Elon: I know too little about how the CAN bus operates or window motors operate, but since the car "knows" the temperature, and can also know the weather from the cloud/mothership/internet, perhaps the window motors could have increased power during "likely freeze" conditions to help break through any frozen moisture?
