Dl_f019 error

Hi All,
Unfortunately got Dl_f019 error and car is limp mode. Searched around and could not find this error. Gear indicator is red and beeping. If I touch the accelerator it goes back to white gear selector. Brake lights are staying on so could it be the brake light switch? Read this a Ford part? Is it one time use only?

I found this description of that error when searching (on Tesla Alerts Dictionary):

The drive inverter has detected a power supply issue with the accelerator pedal.

I take it you’re out of warranty?

2013 so no overall warranty.
Is the drive inverter part of the rear drive unit? Previous owner had that replaced last year and should have 4yr warranty I think.

Still getting the intermittent low voltage on accelerator. Wiring diagram shows two connection points running from pedals along passenger floor to the inverter. Wiring diagram does not give locations of the connectors. Can someone point me to where these connectors are?
