Difference in Tesla Wall Connector Packaging?

Was looking to purchase a 3rd Generation Tesla Wall Connector via forums and marketplace listings and realized there appears to be two packaging that both look like 3rd Gen (one with handle in the picture and one without).

Anyone know what the difference, if any, between the two are?

One is undoubtedly an older box.

Consider staying away from model numbers that end with -F or before. They frequently have bad relays that will overheat and either fail completely or cause the HPWC to reduce charge rates.
