Is there any good cover for the inside passenger door handle? My passengers do not seem to be able to come to terms with using the button and would rather use the emergency handle.

I would not recommend as it would block an important security feature in case of emergency. That's why I think this product probably doesn't exist.
Note that the emergency handle now makes the window lower as well, reducing the risk of scratching unless your passengers open the door very quickly.
There are stickers that you could put on top of the button to make it a bit more obvious. OR: you can inform first-time passengers as they board the car.
