Collection Time

i got confirm for the collection appointment on 5th Sept 1:00pm. Anyone can advice that if I pop in early this time is that ok? I remember someone mentioned here that the Tesla delivery service based on the first come first reserve policy. But not sure for it.

Anyone has experience about it.

I collected my car from Stockport on Friday. Originally a 2.30pm appointment. The day before it got bumped to 3pm. We arrived about 2.30 anyway, after a two hour journey, but they were running late. Our handover started about 3.30, so half an hour late.

Certainly you can arrive early, but you might well just be waiting until your appointed time.

Heathrow were running a group presentation and delivery, so turning up early wouldn't have helped. I was actually 15 mins early but had to wait until my official slot, as did a few others.
