Cannot unlock from notification panel

I'm running Android 8. From the notification screen, the Tesla notification used to have the little chevron (looks like a 'v') on it that if I touched it, it gave me options to unlock the car or either the front or rear trunk. As of the last day or two, I don't see the 'v' anymore. Anyone else see this, and does anyone know how to get it back, or does it seems that this is a permanent change?

My Tesla android app is working with the chevron shortcut. You may want to try going to Settings > Apps, find the Tesla app and delete the cache. This will probably require you to re-logon to the app.

Thanks. This did seem to resolve it, although I had to delete the data in addition to the cache, which meant I had to re-authorize the phone as a key as well as log back into the app. I have noticed that when it is disconnected the chevron is not present, but if it is connected, then it shows up. Thanks for the suggestion!
