I’ve been looking all over for information about what rebates and grants are available in the new California budget (I think the budget is on the Governor’s desk now). Does anyone know if the low income $4,500 for Clean Vehicle Rebate Program (CVRP) has been authorized or the $5,000 Clean Vehicle Assistance Program (CVAP) grant? I just can’t find any information and hoping you guys may know.
