Buying tips for second hand Model X 100 D 2017 350000km

I am planning to buy a tesla model x 100D Aug 2017 manufacturing year. Total distance 351000 km . Asking price €40000.
1st Owner has recently upgraded FSD 3.0 by paying €7500 and Infotainment package for €2000 .

I am looking for some advise from Tesla x experts on a Tesla X with 350000 km already traveled. I test drove the car. There seems to be some cracking sound from. Passenger seat. During g test drive I was advised to go very slow on speed breakers as 2017 model x suspension is not as good as 2023 model x suspension. I also felt little noise from suspension on speed breakers and rough roads. Here are some of the pictures

What are other technical inspection Checklists should I check before buying? I took a test drive

Is there any point of contact of technical inspection in Nederlands who can help me with technical inspection and suggest current situation of major parts like battery health, Motor, Suspension, other major parts need repair or replacement now or after few years/kilometres ?

You are a brave soul. Only chance you could get me to buy that was that if the dive units and battery was replaced in the last 100k km.

Suspension and doors I would look over very closely. I’d be tempted to drop the rear diffuser and remove the sensor in the rear drive unit to check for moisture.

OP, if seller has records of what was replaced it'd be helpful. Sometimes high mileage cars had many things replaced n could be on par with low mileage.
If price is right, go for it
100d has 2 small drive units, nothing to worry about, they're usually trouble free.
With high mileage like that, some suspension issues are expected.
Cracking sound could be from upper control arms, its a known issue.
I'd check all control arms n axle/seals, mine has only 90k mi n i already see wet areas under axles.
I'd also check battery logs with Scan my Tesla, at least to see the current health of battery n usage...

Hi, I'm also from The Netherlands and just recently paid a deposit to a 2018 Model X too.

Majority of Model X in here have high mileage and as long during test drive there is no visible error on the dashboard and strange noise that you could hear, it should be fine.

If you hear a strange noise, better avoid the car as replacing the arms or suspensions at least will cost you another EUR2000-5000
Also another points to consider is to ensure that the car has MCU 2 (Intel Atom processor) as the upgrade will cost you quite hefty sum as well.

If you are looking for Model X with white interior in particular, then you won't have much choice in the market as it is quite rare.
But if black interior is fine with you, there are plenty more Tesla Model X for sale around that price with much lower mileage and similar specs (I got mine from Marktplaats)
