Hopefully, the question is more about how will they handle the warranty claim?
Will they just "hack" it to clear the error and get you on the road again? (Guaranteed to fail again, but after the warranty period.)
Will they "fix" it again by replacing module(s)? (Guaranteed to fail again, but after the warranty period.)
Will they just refund what they charged you? (Or maybe just 33% of it since it failed about 66% of the way through the warranty time period.)
Will they actually replace your pack with a good one?
I've heard that they stopped offering these "fixes", probably because they don't last. So, my guess is that they will refund you ~$2,300. (But that could depend on what their warranty actually says.)
Let them fix it under warranty, then you can decide whether to keep your car or sell it. Even if you keep it, wait until the battery fails outside of the warranty and then be prepared for the expense from Tesla.
This is what the company does, and it was known when the owner had the work done. I guess it depends on the warranty or the company's kindness. Buyer always beware.

Actually he specifically said "Just Haooened tiday. They are closed today.". Which I took to mean he had tried the phone them. And that he was trying to contact them.
I have reached out to them multiple times, but I have not gotten any response. I don’t blame him at this point since it is the weekend let’s see what they say tomorrow.
Wanted to provide an update. Chris, from the Electrified Garage, was on the case prior to 8am Monday. They know what the issue is and will promptly fix the issue. Very grateful for him and his team addressing this issue first thing Monday morning.
