Searched before buying and didn't see anyone with one of the newer turning car seats in a Model 3. Here's some pictures of the Baby Jogger City Turn. Definitely need to scoot the front seat up some, but still still reasonably comfortable. I suspect this is true of most rear-facing car seats. My wife is comfortable with this behind the driver seat as well (she's 5'10"). It's a little close for me (5'11") in the drivers seat, but usable in a pinch. The turn feature requires an inch or so additional clearance.

Just wanted to say thanks for posting this! Amazon has it for $330 right now and I was wondering how it would fit.
