I also quite like the idea of the S3XY buttons, and the Commander giving some options to allow changes that Tesla doesn't give you access.
After watching Bjorn's review it seemed to me like it could be of benefit.
I did email the S3XY button guy to enquire if the wiring is the same for Aus delivered RHD vehicles, but had no response.

I looked at them and had them in a cart a few times but pretty expensive.
Im not sure i need physical buttons for every thing, im enjoying the simplicity

Yeah it should. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t.
I also have a swivel screen on mine which lowers the screen slightly so it’s not practical seeing the phone under the main screen.

Yeah charges both phones pretty quick. We had 2 iphones in there last night and it cranked.

Cool, the Merc Does that too but not very quickly and you can only get one phone on the charging mat at a time

Im thinking about getting the rear BYD Seal emblem and putting it on the bonnet around the Tesla logo.

There is 2 bluetooth connections. One seems to be for the app and maybe the other for everything else.
I couldnt get the contacts and stuff to sync until after i named the car, readded bluetooth connection and now its solid

I use “Hey Siri” to call people and ask for music (Bluetooth).
Not used the car voice recognition yet apart from to read incoming text messages. Which is ‘ok’ but I think Siri is better.

Just finished printing a pack-out insert for the mobile connector bag.
Designed to be printed in 4 parts and screwed together with 4 M5 x 45mm bolt/nut (I haven't screwed them together yet)

Used the remaining grey for the first few layers then switched to black, looks pretty schmick!

~4hrs to complete per corner, printed 2 per day.

BYD overtaking Tesla because they are such high quality cars and go so fast and dont need safety features.
