Looks decent enough, $169 seems like an OK price.

Curious if it negatively affects the highway mileage.

Keep in mind that a lot of these spoilers are just open source molds taken from other similar sized sedans. I don't think anybody would intentionally take the time to create a mold for a spoiler that is 6 inches short on either end. I happen to know for a fact that at least one of the Model 3 spoilers for sale on eBay was originally marketed as a spoiler for an E93 BMW 3 series.

I found a good one on Ebay which is not short. Might a good candidate for you esp. if you can't get your hands on an OEM performance one or don't want to pay the marked up price from RPM Tesla who provides a decent clone.

Just installed an OEM spoiler yesterday. Got it for $200 thru an eBay auction.

Actually, my spoiler is bought from this seller. IMO it's not short. From the picture, it's about the same length as the OEM one.
