5 seat vs 6 seat config...which has more front and 2nd row leg room?

Just like the subject says, which Model X seating configuration has more leg room in the front and 2nd row (I don't care about the 3rd row)? If the 2nd row in the 6 seat config can be moved back to the point where the 3rd row has 0 leg space, I'm fine with that. I just need whatever config gives the most leg room.

I'm upgrading from a YP to an X LR (hopefully today) but it looks like the X has less leg room than the Y....I was hoping for more since the car is so much bigger.

I am unable to test drive one and can't see one unless I put $250 down because Tesla said they store them at an off site location.

Had a 5-seat loaner recently and if there was a difference between the 5-seat and my 7-seater with the 2nd row slid all the way back, I couldn't tell.

I have a six seater and the 2nd row does move back. I am not sure if the 5 seat config allows the 2nd row to move back. You will have more storage in the far rear if you don't get the 3rd row.

In 5 seater (standard, no cost option) the 2nd row of seats is fixed. Only adjustment is for seat decline.

Yes. We have a model Y and an X and it’s noticeable. It’s not huge, but it is the difference between having a comfortable amount of knee room with seat back organizers. I’m right at 6ft for reference. However, there’s a good bit of extra hip/shoulder room in the model X.
