Theoretically the lower front view (or other surrounding views) is not an issue for the Tesla. As even with all the cameras (in a Tesla or other vehicles), they may not be possible to cover a true 360 degree view with blind spots (assuming a stationary vehicle). However, when a vehicle starts to move and collecting additionally video feed / data as the vehicle moves, which would cover the previous blind spots (in a stationary vehicle), a simulated 360 degree view could then be presented. I recalled some cars have managed to do 360 degree view even with 2 cameras.
