Pretty sure the rate of reservation will die off in a few days. It will go back up again once the next big "hype" hits, probably the "Part 2" that he will unveil closer to production.

When they get to 300,000 it will be TEN YEARS' PRODUCTION of the Chevy Bolt. Assuming they make 30,000 per year.

(admittedly they will probably be making more than that by 2027)

500,000 reservations seems entirely reasonable - eventually from North America alone.

Globally? 500,000 reservations in Q2 2016 would be my conservative prognostication.

I think that will happen within the month, but since nobody's betting against me, I'll say Q2.

Model S was 30,000 a year, and I expect tesla to grow in numbers every single quarter like they have been

probably from some people who don't know how Tesla's car pricing works. the 'free' supercharging was never free.

Was an option for 60, and built in to the price of the cars for 70 and beyond...
