2023 MYP winter tire size for 20" Induction wheels

I did a search, but could not find an answer to my question... I'm looking at getting a set of 20" Induction wheels on the grey / after market and winter tires from Tire Rack / Discount Tire, to save a few coins vs Tesla's price for a winter setup. Tesla's tire size for the 20" Induction wheels is 255/40/20. There are some winter tire size options in 265/40/20. Will there be issues with 265 rubbing on the front wheels?

No, but there are other issues. The wider tire won't cut through snow as well. You'll have less sidewall height\cushion.
