2023 Green Home + Energy Show April 1st 2023

The 2023 Maine Green Home + Energy show will be held on April 1, 2023, again at The Point community center in South Portland.

As in 2022 it will include an EV Expo where people can see and drive/ride in electric vehicles.

No more details yet, as the organization of the EV Expo part will begin in early January.

I forgot I'd posted about this...

A very wet South Portland, but fortunately it was attached to an indoor event, and a large part of the area was covered so attendees didn't have to get wet until they went to the cars.

A Model 3, two Model Ys (both from New Hampshire!) and a Model X were made available for test drives by their owners.
Also available for test drives were a Nissan Ariya and a Subaru Solterra from dealers, plus private Audi e-tron, Kia Niro EV, Chevrolet Bolt, and a 2nd Kia Niro EV owned by an organization.
There were rides available in an F-150 Lightning, Rivian R1T and a Bolt EUV.

It's really appreciated that owners allow their vehicles to be driven. One couple attending remarked that they had previously driven a Model 3 at an EV event and it led to them buying a Model Y. It does make a difference.
