2022 Model S Windshield Replacement

Hi All,
I had an appointment for windshield replacement on my 2022 model S at Tesla service center in Mt Kisco, NY for yesterday. I went there and had to reschedule the appointment for next week since the glass technician called in sick. But today, I got a call from Tesla service saying that they are no longer offering windshield replacement and told me to contact my insurance and proceed with them.

Any suggestions on where to get my windshield replaced?? I want to make sure it is the OEM version (for better fit and noise isolation).

update: Tesla made a mistake. I was rescheduled for the glass replacement again.

Hey! So I am not sure for the reason behind needing a new one or if you went throught tesla or your ins. In my situation I just bought a 2016 Model S P100D from an out of state dealer and I just noticed the windshield is delaminating. I went to my local insurance office, showed pictures of the edges (attached to the post), I believe/advocated it was from extreme heat and sun we have had recently and am getting a brand new one from SafeLite this coming Thursday (including calibration) covered under our comprehensive ins. at no cost. It is a 3 hour appt. Hopefully yours wont take much longer!
