2015 P85D new screen problems

Just looking for some feedback/thoughts. Put my 2015 P85D in for a new bumper (insurance) with Tesla Collision Center in Texas. The bumper install was fine but they left my car out in the 106-degree temp for multiple days and my screen started melting.

They said sorry and it's now back in for a new screen. The problem is that it was supposed to be 2 days and we are nearly at 3 weeks. Apparently, they are on the second screen, and for some reason, it fails on calibration. Both of them did the same. They have had multiple techs out from Tesla and they are kinda stuck.

My question is - do I have any recourse here? It's out of warranty and this was a fix for something they screwed up. But I'm just curious if I'm just out of luck or what happens or what I should do/say if they can't fix it.
