125/250v outlet

Hello, all:

I just found a spot where I can charge my car at work, but I need an adapter for an outlet that’s 50A, 125/250v. I saw an adapter on another car today (see pics).

Any recommendations where to get this adapter? Thanks!

Looks like it's this outlet:
CS6369
There is a reference sheet:
https://www.leviton.com/en/docs/PK-93455-10-02-0B-W.pdf
For the CS6369 locking receptacle, the associated locking plug appears to be the CS6365C.

This adapter that seems to be for that. It says it mates to a CS6364 or CS6369 receptacle.
50A Locking Shore Power (SS2-50 / CS6365) to NEMA 14-50R RV/EV Adapter – EVSE Adapters
Amazon also sells one (ships and sold):
https://www.amazon.com/Conntek-PSS21450-1-5-Feet-Generator-Connector/dp/B00BHGY95S?th=1
As does Home depot (ship to you or store):
parkworld 1.5 ft. 6/4 STW 4-Wire 50 Amp 125-Volt/250-Volt SS2-50P/CS6365 Locking Plug to 14-50R RV/EV/Generator Adapter 886399 - The Home Depot

This one from a third party (but fulfilled by Amazon) appears to be the one used in your picture:

You also need a 14-50 adapter from Tesla for the other end, just wanted to mention it in case you didn't have one already.

Wow. EXCELLENT reply.

Cool that you (OP) found what appears to be a way to charge at work for free(?). Is there more than one outlet in the parking lot? Hope there is not too much competition for it/them.

Yeah, it appears to be free. It’s actually used for a company vehicle, but they only charge on Monday nights. Other days, the outlet is “unofficially” available (security is turning a blind eye). First come, first serve.

Respectfully...Free until you get fired. LOL
If it was a gas pump would you "steal" gas and not think you'd get in trouble?
Not worth the risk in my world.

LOL, I dunno, it may only be $1-$2 a day in electricity...

Yeah, I hear you both. Only the OP knows what kind of workplace he is in and whether his position in it is secure and happy. (Remember the early "Mr. Anderson in the office" scenes in "The Matrix?")

Some personnel departments love to keep records and have access to seemingly legitimate reasons to get rid of people that gets them off the hook (no formal objection/appeal possible) when layoffs are otherwise necessary.

It's a tough one. Ask permission of security or your boss and you're likely to hear, "No," and that's that; opportunity gone. But pretend all is well for a few years, until the "stolen office supplies" bill mounts and the company is looking to downsize, and guess who is suddenly Number 1 on the list to go bye-bye?

I like the donation idea. (Make sure it is not seen as some sort of bribe.) I guess I would try to appeal to the company's "environmental consciousness," if that exists.
