You are right...it was only the MCU1 that was upgraded. No camera upgrade on my part. I also never made it to 100 on Safety score.. Moving avg 99 close to 30 days

Got my 2020.24.6.1 downloading; its been at 50% since yesterday. Have HW3 and MCU1 ( getting MCU2 soon). Tried screen reboot, power off. Nada...still stuck any ideas folks. Tried to call support...closed:-)

I am experiencing the same issues. Took it to service center about 80 miles away, they run "diagnostics" and apparently found an article that stated its a known issue, solution will come with SW Update 2019.40.xxx. Now this was a tough one to believe as am at 2019.40.2.1.... out of options:-(

Same here, just got my 2019.32.11 on my 2017 MS 100D AP2 2/ FSD No theater option - not a biggie but was hoping so No Caraoke - I was hoping to hone my skills on my commute...Oh well maybe w/ FSD upgrade may get HW3... crossing fingers
