Yes. The Plaid's power does not compare. To anything. I think you won't be disappointed..... Oh ya....it is quiet too. It takes a few miles for the silencers build in the front seats head rests to do their job, but they will.

@CaptUAL Great video, so now it is even more difficult to wait! Just curious: your car had the front license plate bracket, but none of the other Telsa's on that lot had them. Did you ask if they could remove it (assuming you don't need one in CA)?
Initially, I had a March 14 - March 23 window. A few days after I changed to Ultra Red (March 10), it went to "March 23". But then last Friday or Saturday it went to "April 13 - May 25"....
Great! And very interesting. I also ordered 1-18, then changed to Ultra Red to March 10 also. Yet my delivery window is April 13 - May 25. I infer from this that they are making them and prioritizing those that can be delivered this quarter. South Florida would not be possible, hence no VIN...
@lowtek I think you changed your order to Ultra Red right around the same time I did (March 10). While the rep I spoke with did not believe it would impact delivery, it obviously did as we now both look at Apr 13 - May 25. I thought I had p'ssed someone off, but alas, they are just waiting on...

On March 10, I called Tesla and changed to Ultra Red. Few days later, EDD changed to "March."

No fobs anymore. Just two card keys. But they want you to use the phone as the key..... So if you valet your car, you give them your phone as well....

Yep! Changed from Blue to Ultra Red. VIN had already been assigned but there is no apparent delivery delay caused by the change in ext. color. I would have been disappointed had I not known about this in time to make the change!
The new color is indeed showing in my app. Also got a confirmation email with the new color.

Question: I keep seeing messages (I think) suggest that at delivery, you are not allowed to inspect the car inside and out? I hope that I am wrong about this? When I picked up my MS '16 in WPB that was not an issue then....
While probably not an Atlanta delivery location (South Florida) but yes, got mine Saturday. Order date was 1-18-2023. Delivery window now March 14 - March 23.

@krutch FWIW... I tried the yoke and while it looks fast and great, like Formula 1 etc. I found it not very practical when making (tight) turns, park etc. Instinctively, I let the yoke slide through my hands while making 90 degree turns only to end up loosing it, and then get hit by the other...
@KingPaul You can either use your app, swipe to the page with your reserved car, and click "MANAGE" to log into the reservation, or log on to tesla.com and access the reservation. Once there, scroll to the bottom you should see an ability to EDIT DESIGN. You may see a warning about extra fees...
I bit the bullet and changed from LR to Plaid. Did that in the mobile APP wihout any effort. It was accepted, the RN number did not change nor the EDD. FWIW....
Teslawaze/browser does not reliably work in my car. Need to reboot every 2 days or so.

Have the same experience with 7.2 software and I am not sure 8.0 fixed it; too early to tell. I thought it may have been caused by right side sensors and had them checked out but no issues were found.
It is uncomfortable to me and especially to passengers.
