July to Sept 2018 for me as well. Ordered 3/31, and current owner in SoCal.

Compared to the BMW i3, the regen braking on the Model S is not as strong. I actually prefer the regen braking on the i3 because it's easier to do 1-pedal driving. I wish the Model S had a more aggressive regen option beyond the normal/low options.

Probably goes without saying, but the parking assist limitations are not unique to Tesla. I stopped using the parking assist on my wife's BMW i3 because of its tendency to want to cause curb rash on the rims.

Seems too high to me. For that price, you should be able to find a similarly equipped CPO 85 with less miles.
