    2022 Refresh Model X 6 Seater Floormats

I'm with you, Tough Pros appears to be cut out from a flat piece instead of custom molded with raised perimeter lip. Plus, that raised honeycomb pattern is going to be a PITA to clean.

    New Forum Design

Prior to the new forum design, I used to visit this site several times a day using my smartphone. The new format has lots of blank wasted space even on my large Note 5 screen. With the previous format I can see entire field, but now I have to do more scrolling to get to the topic. I'm a...

Bringing in Already Upgraded to Ludicrous to Swap Out to New Bolts.

I just received a call to bring in my already upgraded to Ludicrous P85D to swap out the bolts for contactors. I was informed that the previous bolts have tendency to come loose, and the new ones will resolve this issue. Tesla will pick up my car at the house with a loaner this Thursday...

    Ludicrous Upgrade Scheduling?

Just got a call from SC, I'm now scheduled for Ludicrous upgrade next Tuesday (2/09). I was told it'll take a full day for the upgrade, and if I drop it off early in the AM, I can have my car ready next day. I was also instructed to run my battery down to 30% or less before dropping it off...

The AP Lane Keeping Bias to the Right is Not Safe, please fix this Elon!

I'm experiencing the same thing. Nerve wracking to see my car biasing toward the 18-wheeler then the alarm went off, this is dangerous. I also noticed my car pinging left & right between the lane marking, whereas the previous version 7.0 kept the car perfectly centered.

    Invisibility Mode Discovered!

I'm not disputing these two drivers shouldn't be on the road. But OP sounded one notch from being a road rage. I see you're in Houston, driving SW freeway 59 merging with 610 and we get this type of scenario daily. OP wouldn't last a day in Houston.

    Invisibility Mode Discovered!

The 1st car already made his/her turn before your car started rolling, I don't think there's a need to accelerate into that car just because. The 2nd car did cut in front of you, but it appears you still have plenty of time to react. Have you considered anger management?

    Porsche Mission E

Tesla has been a bit arrogant as late knowing they are the only game in town. Great to hear Porsche is jumping into the BEV market giving Tesla the run for their money. The Porsche BEV concept is one beautiful car, and knowing Porsche, the interior will be top notch craftsmanship. Can't wait...

    10mm Wheel Spacers?

You'll need at minimum 5 thread engagement. I originally ordered mine at 10 mm and barely have 2-3, I machined it down to 6 mm and I have 5-6 thread engagement, it's perfect. You'll need a hub centric spacer.

Calling P85D owners world-wide for survey and complaint letter

Selective is dismissing an official written letter from a Maclaren's executive stating the F1 0-60 time was with no roll out, while ignoring Tesla's constant vacillating of the spec to fit their story for the day. I honestly think you're doing Tesla a disservice by continuing to speculate the...

+1 ... well said! As a P85D owner, I'm amazed by the nonsensical mundane comments from the none P85D owners who have no skin in the game trolling this thread. I've been a strong advocate for Tesla and have referred two friends to buy Tesla, P85 and P85D. That said, with Elon/Tesla recent...

Questions RE: Aftermarket Wheels, Offsets, Tire Sizes, etc...

That would ideal and was my guideline when I was in search for my wheels. However, I ended up looking for the wheel selection that looks good to me first then add spacers to make it work. Spacer is not that big of a deal, but finding the right looking wheel for me was.

Questions RE: Aftermarket Wheels, Offsets, Tire Sizes, etc...

You'll need 6 mm hub-centric spacers for the rear wheels, and it has to be 6 mm, no more ... no less. I had the spacers at 10 mm and that was too thick for the studs to provide at least 5-6 thread engagement with the bolts, I had to shave it down to 6 mm. The 6 mm is needed to push out the...
