When was that taken? That's right on campus.



Can't see more of him than a shoe. That's definitely his plate, though.

Note the carbon fiber accents.

Also note the color matched rear parcel shelf. I think this is the first pic I've seen of one.

Silver wheels?! I guess Jurvi didn't like the Perf wheels either with his Sig Red.

And I guess that Elon got his over the weekend as well! It shouldn't be long before the Model S gets into the hands of a journalist or two.

I'm sooooo jealous! At least 9 months more waiting for me, why, why!?

I can't wait to hear stories from Model S owners.

I'd be willing to bet Black. He loves black.

Actual deliveries the very first weekend of June is pretty damn impressive.

Edit: not just the first weekend, on June 1st!

It would be great to see a few pictures of Jurvi and Elon driving away in their cars. (but I completely understand if they want to keep that moment private, as they have both worked a LONG time for it, it is up to them how they enjoy it)

Yeah, Elon's been quiet about receiving the car; he tweeted a couple of hours ago about the SpaceX Dragon capsule arriving in port but, nothing about his Model S. Jurvetson is not much of a tweeter!

Wow. I was told August 15th. Looks like it will be sooner than that!

Jurvetson's a prolific flickrer though.
