MCU2 upgrade for AP1 cost?

I upgraded my 2016 MX to MCU2 several years ago (cost of $1,500) because of the slow start-up issue. Never regretted the upgrade - definitely worth the cost.

For those who have done the MCU2 upgrade, I have an appointment to do the MCU2 upgrade on 2014 Model S85. Does the $1750 include labor or not? Seems like the wording, "This upgrade is available for $2,250 plus applicable tax, including installation, for vehicles equipped with Autopilot Computer 2.0 or 2.5 and for $1,750 plus applicable tax, including installation, for all other vehicles." can be read either way. Thank you.

The labor was included in the price when I updated the MCU.

Nola Tesla estimate to me for the infotainment w/o radio for my 2014 model S is $2250.13!
I thought I’ve seen 1700 mentioned on this forum before.
Was that with or without labor cost?
