Feature request: User access level for phone key by user type child/spouse/friend

So I'm tired of having to use the key card when I borrow my dads car. Its a security risk as I tend to always forget to lock it as I have had teslas for many years and totally accustomed to only walk away from the car.
Also it would be practical to let my son stay in the car during shopping without giving him full access and with kidnapping risk (expensive car in the hands of youngster)
On top of this I'm sceptical about handing over full remote control and positioning to ALL users, that in turn limits both me getting phone key to my dads car as well as my own reluctance to share FULL control of my own car.
So please ad access levels and standard suggestions like for example Admin/Child/spouse/temp user
And what if I am out on an event with friends , did not bring key cards, want to let my friend use my car. Only option today is to make him a FULL user of my car by asking him to install the app. That is not an option to me.
The very simple solution is User access level for phone key

With the following access controls
Time limit set end time and set daily/weekly schedule
Remote car location . Enable , disable , enable on schedule, enable only when user phone key was last driver.
Driving. Enable , disable, chill mode only, speed limit on/off/relative
Reporting of excessive use. Throttle level, braking, Measure g-force or other damper movements out off ordinary to admin
Choice of SuC payment method. credit card on owner cost or user cost
Gaming limits. Enable /disable or time limit gaming for user
Limit car settings changes access in other words user has their own settings and cannot fiddle with others also in the car

Then also offer quick buttons
Quick lend/borrow. quick access pre set functions (for example let my childXname borrow mSEXYcar for 24H) " dad can I borrow your car - yes sure I'll just give you 24h remember to drive carefully.
For non admin a quick request for temporary increase of access "dad give me more gaming time"

The obvious upside for Tesla is that they can say they take integrity seriously by launching this

Seems like a tiny part of the requested might surface soon
Might not be included after all. At least I cannot find it in 2024.14.3 as they claim. Its a pity, despite it all being far from a total solution it is at least a small step in the right direction

I added my mom. Gave her a key so occasionally she could drive my car for road trips or special events. I want her to adapt to EVs also before she gets too old and learning becomes a worry to her. Saying that I don't want her to have access to geolocationing or acces sentry cameras for my own privacy. I do want her to be able to get in with her phone have the settings set for her each time she gets in. Please update! There is so much potential in the tesla app but I find my self wanting to do things and the app is lacking features or customizability. Elon, you say Tesla isn't a car company. It's a software company. Well let's get the software figured out before fart horn and video games.

LOL... you're asking Tesla to "get the software figured out" as if something important is obviously missing, but what you're actually requesting is a very specific edge case that won't apply to 99.9% of drivers - the ability to give a driver some controls but restrict others.

Tesla is unlikely to implement anything near what either of you are asking for. Perhaps a third-party tool would give you more ability to curate a specific list of commands that a user is able to send to your car.... but Tesla sure isn't going to do that.

Strange opinion!
Every computer system on the planet offer different access levels. Including the linux version that runs in Teslas. You, me dont have Admin on your own Tesla for understandable reasons.
What i suggest is that Tesla spends an afternoon in implementing this. It is a thing so natural and common like air to humans, as it is with access levels in the computer world. And after all one of the big advantages with Teslas is that they are a computer on wheels.

It will surely improve for 99.9% of all OWNERS , since most of us have a family that we do allow to use the car. Now the comparison with setting up one user account per family member on your computer halts a bit, just because computers have become so cheap that you do not have only one computer per family but one (or more) for every family member. I guess it will take a while until a car is that cheap. Meanwhile access levels /personalization is the most natural way forward.

As it is today i cannot give access to my car to my under age son at all. This for many reasons.
BUT with user access control i could give him entrance access + gaming access while preventing him from driving (incl anyone stealing his phone). He would really enjoy beeing able to skip shopping and stay on the car for some gaming.

Use cases are infinite, that is the beauty with computers.
