This is a friendly contest for Tesla owners to track the number of unique public Superchargers where they have charged

- "Supercharger count" is the number of unique public Superchargers where you have charged (just being there does not count), whether or not you were the person plugging in the vehicle (such as a Valet Parking garage or a Passenger) and whether or not it was your own personal vehicle (such as a rental, a loaner, or a friend's Tesla) as long as you were the one who drove >50% of the distance to reach the charger(s).
- The list of chargers in the supercharging.life database are the ones included in the game. If you think one should be added or removed from the list, let us know.
- Only chargers available to the public without special permission are included in the game.
- Chargers not connected to the grid are not counted.
- Doublet locations like the North/South Supercharger 'pairs' in CT, ME, NH, etc. count as individual locations.
- More than 1 charger at the same address, such as Lenox Square Mall (Atlanta, GA) or Montgomery Mall (Bethesda, MD) count as individual locations when they appear as a separate location on the Tesla Nav screen.
- Inactive competitors will be archived and removed from the leaderboard. Just post an update to be reactivated.

All visits must be posted to this thread - not just entered in supercharging.life. If you are the first in the game to visit a supercharger location, please post to the thread as soon as you can so others know it has been visited.

Friday/Saturday: Hang in Bellingham and make way back towards Seattle. We'll likely do the Space Needle and "Tower of Tomorrow in Legos" before putting my niece back on the plane to MN, and I start my drive to Denver for a conference and a windshield replacement.

as was the drive between Quincy and Wenatchee along the Columbia River gorge.

The river drives in Central WA are pretty much universally amazing. Best time of year is probably September, but spring or summer are fine too. If you make the effort you can drive the Columbia on 2-lane highways all the way from its mouth in Astoria up to Brewster, WA. At that point the river splits in two. I can't speak to the Columbia drive north of there as I haven't done all of it, but the drive along the Okanogan is fantastic all the way up to Kelowna, BC. North of there it gets too mountainous and forested to take in all the vistas, but of course that is a different kind of beauty.

I remember seeing a documentary about the golden gate bridge painting. There is a team that adds new paint over the entire bridge. By the time they are done, so much time has passed that they are starting right away again. It's a constant thing. Feels like this supercharger hunt has become like this.

At first I thought you were referring to the bridge! I am dull enough to know its painting history without looking it up. They re-painted it in full a few decades after it opened, but after that it became a constant maintenance project.

Day 22
360 miles
My body dictated what I did today. Without going into detail, ensuring a bathroom was never far away was necessary. I, therefore, decided to clear Portland and then come up the coast to Astoria to position myself for another attempt at the Olympic Peninsula tomorrow. That'll be another 400+ mile day to get around, across a ferry, and up to Burlington to stage for Saturday's activities.

With my visit to Oregon today, I've supercharged in all of the lower 48 states plus DC. Wow, it has taken a long time to get to the NW corner of the US.

Very true. From the start we knew it would only get more and more. But at least 10 years ago, when I started, you could catch the superchargers in your area and go back home and be god for a while. Today, the moment you drive, a new one opens. Oddly it is always in the area you just left, never where you are going next LOL

True, true. The bridge is painted International Orange. Upon construction in the 30s and continuing into the 60s it was a lead-based paint. A multiple year project began the arduous process of stripping away all the lead paint and replacing it with another metal (zinc maybe). The most recent formulation does not release VOCs into the atmosphere as the paint dries and gives up some of its base with the continual fog that enshrouds the suspension cables and towers.

It was a beautiful drive, albeit a long drive. 14 1/2 hours long, but there were so many wonderful vistas along the way.

The day began by waking up to this view from my balcony in Astoria!

After crossing the bridge onto the Olympic Peninsula and charging at Aberdeen and Ocean Shores, I headed into Olympic National Forest and followed the guidance of @PLUS EV on what to see.

Stops included the beach at Kalaloch, Noh rain forest, and Hurricane Ridge, and then finally across Puget Sound on the Bainbridge Ferry.
