Yeah, right after the McDermitt one opened, my friend drove through there from Boise, and he said it was still pretty tight for an old degraded P85 with a full charge, so Jordan Valley will alleviate some of the stress and not having to fill to almost 100% if you don't want to spend that much time.

Yes, via US-95, ID-55 and I-84. 79.9 miles to the V3, according to MapBox/OSM.
(I used to do all the neighbors, but that would need more work and data to do it without it costing too much money or time.)

Could make it much easier for an EV to go to Owyhee Canyon, explore the area. That's on my list of places to visit.

They call it the Big Empty. There's shockingly little population if you aren't prepared for it. I think most people expect that kind of desolation in Nevada, but SE Oregon is every bit as desolate.
