    Supercharging.Life database

Yes, supercharge.info is open source. https://github.com/supercharge-info/supercharge.info https://github.com/supercharge-info/supercharge.info-api I know supercharging.life uses data from supercharge.info, and SCL might even call some of the SCI APIs directly (not sure offhand). Route...

    Google Maps links in supercharge.info

Quick follow-up here: the About page now properly reflects the change in behavior of Google Map links. We also fixed a bug on the Changes page that was affecting newly expanded sites -- they now consistently show "old➜new" stall counts.

I was wrong 🙃 Check-ins for 2024-05-18 - Baltimore - Boston Street, MD (#234) Good bagels at THB Bagelry, about a 5-10 minute walk west from the charger. (There's also a THB near the McHenry Row supercharger.)

“Quick” trip to Philly to pick up my daughter and bring her home. First leg was DC rush hour hell — almost 2 hours to get from Bethesda to Arbutus. The rest was easy. Probably nothing new to me on the way home. Check-ins for 2024-05-17 - Arbutus, MD (#230) - Aberdeen - N Philadelphia Blvd, MD...

    Supercharger-Covington, GA

It's not appearing on Tesla's Find Us map yet, but given the evidence of a Rivian charging yesterday, that merits an update on supercharge.info. And yes, we prefer to wait for some form of confirmation that a non-Tesla can charge at a site before indicating so. @sajakh - were you using the...

The intent of the ≤ symbol is to indicate the possibility that the location might not deliver the full power as indicated on supercharge.info. The primary case was meant for sites with a mix of stall types, for example some sites like Woodbridge NJ have a mix of V2 and V3 stalls, so depending on...

    Supercharger - Canton, MA

Possibly easy? 🙂 I’ll have to refresh my memory next time I’m looking at the code to see if there’s a reason it shows for multiple plug types. We have a few other fixes to make as well.

Long story short, supercharge.info's logic shows "≤" before the maximum power whenever it cannot determine that a site has a single stall type and single plug type. So yes, every MagicDock site is affected, as is any dual-cable site (e.g. CCS2+Type2 in EU). Technically, every site can supply...

On my third of three trips to Pittsburgh in three weeks, I decided I was sick of the Pennsylvania Turnpike and took 22-99-30 to Breezewood on my way home. Dunno if it was normal or lucky, but I was pleased with the relative lack of huge trucks on that route. Unfortunately the trucks on I-70...

Lots of new data at supercharge.info

Thanks again to everyone who posted feedback here. The latest supercharge.info release is out, and I think we're handling NACS better now. We've added a few other goodies like text search as well. :)

Continuing our Syracuse/Watertown-Niagara-Pittsburgh trip. The Falls were stunning; we had two near-perfect-weather days. We're now settled in Pittsburgh, catching up with old CMU friends and our daughter at Pitt. Probably no more new chargers on this trip unless we get a surprise opening along...
