I did see some of those, but can't remember if those steering wheels also still had the horn button instead of the mechanical setup. Did they ever offer them as replacements with the mechanical horn?

The steering wheels all look the same and when the button panel is off I don't think you can actually see the backlit buttons to tell whether it has the camera button or horn button. Have to be careful and make sure it is 1965073-00-B which is the round steering wheel made for going with the mechanical horn. It has the camera button in place of the capacitive horn button; and from pictures on eBay of 1965073-00-B I see an extra wire behind where the airbag goes that I don't see on my old yoke, as well as the brackets that the airbag mounts to looks different from my old yoke and the way the air bag mounts.
